By asking a series of questions, you will begin to gain insights into what is possible to shift this area of your life.
A Typical Session…
- Introduction and Goal Setting: The coach and client start by introducing themselves and establishing a comfortable rapport. The client shares their goals or concerns they want to work on during the session.
- Assessment and Exploration: This phase is about gaining clarity on the client’s challenges and aspirations. The coach asks open-ended questions to help the client explore their thoughts, feelings, and current situation.
- Action Planning: The coach and client collaboratively create a plan of action to achieve the established goals. They may discuss strategies, resources, and potential obstacles.
- Reflection and Feedback: Towards the end of the session, the coach and client reflect on the insights gained and the strategies discussed. The client may provide feedback on the session’s effectiveness.
- Next Steps: The coach and client determine the next steps, including scheduling follow-up sessions if needed, and any additional resources or support required.
- Closing: The session concludes with a summary of key takeaways and Follow-up if applicable.
